Double Room
Recently refurbished these rooms are ideal for the solo traveler. All the facilities of the Classic King but with a double bed. Complete with flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and exceptional value.

Classic King Rooms
Light and spacious and with the advantage of large windows, complimentary WiFi and Temple Spa products. At The Capital, boutique hotel London, the rooms are all individually decorated with English soft furnishings, paintings and antiques.
Classic King Double Rooms all have king or twin beds and for families interconnecting rooms are available.

Deluxe Room - Double / Twin
The charming Deluxe Double Rooms offer spacious accommodation, extra wardrobe space and large panelled bathrooms. Four have the privacy of being located in an older part of the hotel on a private galleried corridor. Comfortable hand stitched mattresses, Egyptian cotton linen, complimentary WiFi and Temple Spa products are included.

Junior and Superior Junior Suite - Double / Twin
Delightfully spacious and with big broad windows, Junior Suites are exceptionally light. An extra washroom is located off the entrance hall which in turn leads to the sitting area. The bedroom with its King size bed and fine linen, is separated by an archway. With plenty of storage, these rooms are ideal for long stay guests or those travelling with large amounts of luggage. The Superior Junior Suites have the advantage of two bathrooms - one with walk-in shower and a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area. These suites can comfortably sleep three adults.

Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments
The Apartments, adjacent to the hotel, are a selection of fully and partially serviced studios and one bedroom apartments, ideal for those spending longer in London. Located next to Harrods in Basil Street, with their own private entrance these luxury apartments are just moments from Knightsbridge underground station, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Sloane Street.
The Apartments have been refurbished in a contemporary style, with parquet wood flooring and clean lines throughout.

Two-Bedroom Suite
Ideal for families or those requiring a little bit more room. The wonderfully spacious living area has plenty of room to dine and relax. The master and second bedroom have King Beds which can be twinned on request.
The suite includes two bathrooms, a large open-plan living area including a kitchen and dining area, sitting area and desk. Private entrance with video entry phone and security access. Private dining can be arranged from Michelin-starred Outlaw’s at The Capital and food for the kitchen delivered daily.

The Knightsbridge Three Bedroom Penthouse
Our brand new maisonette, three bedroom, Penthouse is an impressive 1700ft2 and comfortably sleeps six making it the perfect choice for families or friends looking to make the most of The Capital’s prime location, just steps from Harrods, Hyde Park, The V&A and the Piccadilly Line which will whisk you across London.
Light and spacious with floor to ceiling windows in both the sitting room and en-suite master bedroom and an outside terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view of the Knightsbridge rooftops. The large open-plan kitchen dining area has plenty of space to entertain.

The Michelin starred restaurant Outlaw’s at The Capital boasts an ever changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood caught predominantly around the coast of Cornwall. Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Andrew Sawyer, who source the freshest and best seafood from fishermen they know, who prioritise sustainability and traceability, ensuring we are cooking with the finest ingredients possible, and can trace who caught our fish right down to skipper and crew. Ingredients take centre stage at our London seafood restaurant and our menus showcase an array of original and creative seafood dishes reflecting the season and the daily catch. Nathan who holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Port Isaac, Cornwall spends time each week at the restaurant with the team.

The Capital was created by its Scottish proprietor David Levin in 1971 and is to this day a family-run hotel. With the world-renowned stores of Harrods and Harvey Nichols on the doorstep and Hyde Park just a few minutes` walk away, The Capital is a tremendous base from which to explore. The Capital has all the advantages of a large establishment, yet exudes the warmth, intimacy and attention to detail, which only a privately owned hotel can afford. It truly is a grand hotel in miniature.

There are 49 guest bedrooms in total, including 8 suites, 7 deluxe doubles and one newly refurbished Two Bedroom Suite. All suites and double rooms have super king-size beds. Each of the 49 air-conditioned suites and bedrooms is individually designed, subtly luxurious and supremely comfortable. Mattresses are handmade and the sheets are of the finest Egyptian cotton, while consoles by each bed control radio, television and lighting. The magnificent marble bathrooms are equipped with well-proportioned baths and powerful showers. Even the bathrobes and toiletries reflect the attention which has been paid to every detail.

Today under the creative talent of Executive Head Chef Jérôme Ponchelle, The Capital Restaurant still offers that all too rare courtesy of the customer always coming first. Jérôme is always happy to accommodate a guest`s preference.
The restaurant`s high ceilings and vast windows give the room an elegant air that complements the gentility of the exceptional service and attention to detail.

For those running between Harrods and Harvey Nichols it is an ideal respite where, with limited time, one can enjoy a lobster, crab and truffle omelette partnered with a crisp glass of sauvignon blanc. The intimate bar is ideal for cocktails and pre-dinner drinks. Jerome also oversees the menus in the Private Dining rooms, which can be tailor made.
